My name is Lauren Taylor and I developed REIGNITE YOU for people who know there IS more to life.

With 21 years teaching experience and 15 of those in educational leadership my life hit a point where I knew things had to change. Then becoming a life and leadership coach I have coached hundreds of hours and supported people to create change across all different areas of their life. BUT, none more important than their emotional wellbeing.
Now, I have packaged my expertise into simple, yet very effective strategies that you too can apply to your life.
I am a wife, a mum to our 3 beautiful boys, a business owner & consultant. I know too well the challenges of the 'juggle'. And I'm here to change all of that.
